ADHD treatment: If you have tried traditional medications without success, ask you doctor about Nuvigil (r modafinil). This is used in europe for adhd with good success, and available in the us for other indications.

Inattention?: ADHD may not be the cause. Of the people I see with impaired attention a minority turn out to have ADHD. Formal assessment typically requires 2-5 hours of neuropsychological and neurobehavioral assessment just to establish a baseline and identify the underlying problems. Treatment is as varied as the conditions that lead to impaired attention. There are now 321 physicians in USA who are certified.

Consider alternative: Have a neuropsychological evaluation to determine if what you have is really ADHD or another condition that mimics ADHD. Especially since you have an anxciety disorder OCD. If yoiu actually have ADHD, then consider Provigil, Nuvigil or amantadine.
