Is strattera (atomoxetine) alone wasn't effective for me nor ritalin alone ? can they be helpful together ? if no what are other choices excluding all amphetamines?

Inattention?: ADHD may not be the cause. Of the people I see with impaired attention a minority turn out to have ADHD. Formal assessment typically requires 2-5 hours of neuropsychological and neurobehavioral assessment just to establish a baseline and identify the underlying problems. Consider alternative: Have a neuropsychological evaluation to determine if what you have is really ADHD or another condition that mimics ADHD. Especially since you have an anxciety disorder OCD. If yoiu actually have ADHD, then consider Provigil, Nuvigil or amantadine.
