Yes, I would try: Concerta (or another option). Just because one stimulant didn't work out - it doesn't mean that another one won't work like a charm.

It may: Although the active ingredient in Concerta is methylphenidate, which is what Ritalin is as well, in some patients the method of delivery does effect how the medication works. So, trying Concerta may be worth it if you respond better to the way Concerta delivers the methylphenidate (by the oros pump). You can only find out if you try it! discuss with your physician.
