Cues, counters: The keys to countering anger and frustration are: developing an awareness if what your cues or triggers are, engaging countering behaviors (e.g., progressive relaxation, challenging automatic thoughts, distraction), initiating a problem solving formula & tracking what works. Anger bouts caused by depression also helped by meds. A cognitive-behavioral therapist can help you develop skills quickly!
