Why are some ob's not good at handling infertility? my wife recently had to change ob's because of poor care (poor preparation, lack of sympathy, no urgency). we changed ob's recently. i've heard reports of poor care from some of my wife's friends too.

Personal pref: Not all docs like all parts of their field. Furthermore getting paid for managing infertility can be harder, many insurance companies won't pay for anything to do with infertility. Docs who like what they do tend to get better results, so pic a doc that likes what you need.
