See below: Breast cancer incidence is lower now than it was about 10 years ago. The attached information & graph from susan g komen site shows a slight increase in breast cancer incidence in the last few years, but lower than it was 10 years ago. http://ww5.komen.org/breastcancer/statistics.html#timetrendus.

Stable: The numbers are fluctuating between slight decline to flat numbers. Overall the numbers have leveled off from rising numbers 10-15 years back.
