Yes: There are some federally supported programs sponsored in different states. Here in nevada there is a free annual screening program for uninsured women over age 40 to have free breast and cervical cancer screening. But it does not include treatment if a condition is identified.

Am Cancer Society: Contact your local american cancer society office. They ususally support free screening mammograms at health fares, and other opportunities. Additionally, your local health department may advise you on free screening locations.
