Yes: Percocet is an opiate pain medication (oxycodone) and tylenol (acetaminophen). Naproxen is an nsaid. These are different medication classes and can be used together. However, i would caution against long term use of naproxen, as nsaids have many side effects including stomach ulcers, bleeding, blood pressure issues, and kidney failure.

Naproxen & Percocet: Naproxen is an anti-inflammation medication. Percocet is a narcotic pain killer. They are prescribed together to treat many painful conditions. You can take them together, just be aware that both of them have side effects and Percocet has great addiction potential.
