Excessive narcotics: Dilaudid is even stronger than Percocet but both short acting. Do not mix 2 short-acting narcotics because of increased risk of excessive dose and it confuses your picture. Your physician needs to prescribe the appropriate short-acting+/- long-acting narcotic, IF INDICATED. More important, MD needs to figure out why no pain relief--fix that problem then Rx should work. Really suggest see ur MD.
