No: All you lose in the delay is some of the interval protection. You can finish the series years later and get the benefit. We don't clearly know if these protections will last >20 years or so like some of the vaccines we developed for other illnesses but data is good for renewal over a few year period.

It depends: There is very little data on this but if you received the three dose course within 12 months, that is likely ok.
