Is it reasonable to stay home from work with a rash on your face?

Work ethics: This depends on your work duties and your ability to work from home if necessary. A facial rash boils down to a cosmetic issue and if you deal with customers and the public, it may raise eyebrows. If it can be conceled you should still go to work though.
