Dry skin vs allergy: Your face rash could be from radiant heat and having dry skin, or perhaps you have an allergy to one of the foods that you are cooking. It's also possible the rash you have is from an unrelated problem or autoimmune disease. Ask your doctor if it's possible you have a facial rash from lupus. (SLE).
