14 weeks : It's not unusual for babies to give themselves scratches with their little nails. With her age its hard to tell if she's truly "itchy" or not. Try taking a soft end of a nail file and gently buff out the edges of her nails so they are soft. This will help minimize her scratching. It's also common for babies this age to have their baby hair fall out leaving bald spot. It will grow back!
