Kanka: Canker sores heal on their own time, usually 7-10 days. Nothing can speed up the healing. However, otc kanka, an elixir of Benzocaine and tincture of benzoin, will coat and soothe and give you needed relief. It is inexpensive and can be used as often as you mile.
