Goes away by itself: Canker sore usually resolve themselves after 14 days or so. To help promote some healing, you can rinse with warm salt water. It'll sting, but it helps.

Time: They take 10-14 days to heal. In the interim, use otc kanka, which will coat and sooth the lesion!
