Sores: Depends on the cause of the sores. If viral, will clear in about a week and a half, or you can talk to your Dentist about laser treatments or meds. If from trauma, will heal in lass than 2 weeks. If from food/medicine/supplements will disappear if you stop the offend ending item, return when you start again. If from smoking, aids, etc., will require palliative treatment.
