A member asked:

Is it possible to have milk intolerance but not with cheese?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. James Ferguson answered

Yes: Your milk intolerance may be lactose related, the sugar in milk. During the formation of cheese, especially something like cheddar, the lactose is consumed in the process & only remains at trace levels.
