Lactase-treated…: Milk (lactaid, dairy ease) or lactose-free cheese, yogurt, ice cream should present no problems. Using lactase enzyme tablets (lactaid, dairy ease) before dairy products will break down milk sugar that causes problems. Enjoy your dairy products as good sources of calcium.
