Good diet, lifestyle: To reduce your risk of cancer, maintain a healthy weight and exercise (work toward at least 30 mins 5 days/wk). Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and limit intake of red meat or burned/charbroiled meat. Avoid smoking, which increases risk of lung cancer, oral and throat cancers, and cervical cancers in women. Beware of excess sun exposure, and always wear sunscreen outside to prevent skin cancer.

Very Broad ?: Prevention involves life habits: diet, exercise; genes (pick good parents!), and avoid known carcinogens..Tobacco has to be number 1. Diet encourages fresh fruits and vegetables, berries with elagic acid, tomatos with lycopenes, and avoid salted smoked meats, and those grown with hormones. Exercise to maintain body mass, reduce diabetes and obesity. Good luck.
