Yes and no: We cure 4 out of 6 cancers nowadays thanks to both early detection and (for some cancers) new therapies. It will never be possible to cure all cancers as each of the thousands of types represents a destabilization of the genome and sooner or later, any multicellular organism that does not die of something else will meet its end this way. Keep vigilant and you've got a good chance.
