Fractionated co2 : I have had very consistently good results treating acne scars with fractionated co2 laser. Some patients may require multiple treatments but it is the most effective method in my practice.

Control break outs: The acne process needs to be under control in order to keep from recreating additional scarring. Help from a qualified physician is primary. Treatment with either fractionated lasers or ablative lasers for more severe cases vs chemical peels and microdeabrasion for more superficial situations can be helpful. Your coloration will help guide the proper tx. Good luck!
