Probably not: It really depends on the nature of the sickness. Is it aching pain, fatigue or fever. Are you losing weight, nauseous, vomiting? A doctor would need more information to help you understand what may be the root cause of you not feeling well.

Doubtful: When done correctly, Yoga teaches techniques to enable you to breath deeply & to relax. It works to maintain flexibility, muscle tone, balance & circulation. If you have significantly ill would recommend medical assessment. Take care.
