Seek treatment: Medication for psoriasis can weaken your immune system, leaving you open to infections that otherwise would be easy to fight. If you have a wound or an ingrown toenail, it is more likely that bacteria will enter at these sites and cause infections. Seek treatment and start antibiotics. A small infection in the toe with a weak immune system can become much worse if untreated.

Infection: That med can effect your immune sysytem you probably have a ingrown toenail with abscess see a podiatrist to get it cut out and some antibiotics.
