Likely not related: Tingling of the tongue from eating could be from a variety of reasons. Often acidity of certain foods may cause this, hard to determine from an egg white, unless the egg was rotten. Allergic reaction could be possible, but tingling not typical symptom. Tingling tongue & arm after eating an egg white are most likely not related. If you are still tingling, then see your dentist or physician.
