Nerve entrapment: If you are starting to suffer from neuropathy, then this is possible that these are the beginning of the symptoms, mostly sensory changes. Pain and temperature are always last to become painful, so best to make an appointment with a neurologist to evaluate where your compression syndrome is. Because it affects the arm and leg, this may indicate a more spinal nerve root issue.

See a neurologist: This sounds like a nerve related issue. Emg/ncv studies (nerve conduction studies) can help wi th diagnosis. Mri of the back may be helpful as well.
