Muscle spasm: In my experience chronic neck muscle spasm can lead to migraine headaches. Poor postures at work, cradling phone in crook of neck, whiplash, asymmetric shoulders & thoracic outlet syndrome, excessively large breasts, job ergonomic defects, & underlying pelvic girdle instability are various factors complicitous with this disorder. See an osteopath or a physiatrist. Be conscious of head tilt.

Migraines: Migraines are often triggered by things. The most common triggers are caffeine, chocolate, and stress. But it can be anything and is different for most. I have a patient who is only triggered by gatorade and another only cadbury's chocolate (other chocolates do not trigger). Look at your stress level and see if you can find other things that may be triggering them.
