Love him: Stage 4 cancer means it can't be cured. So this time you have with your father is precious. What do you want to tell him? What do you want to know about his life? Are there things he's always wanted to do? Now is the time to make those things happen. If you spend time with him now, you will never regret it later. I'm so sorry you and your father have to face this. He's lucky to have you.

Need your support: Just be there for him and be supportive. Stage 4 disease means it is incurable disease. If he is interested in getting therapy - please d/w his oncologist. Enrollment into clinical trial will be something to consider- if he is eligible. Open www.Clinicaltrials.Gov and type angiosarcoma. There are several trials available including the use of pazopanib +/- chemo-gemcitabine etc. God bless.
