Counting Sheep?: I generally start with general "sleep hygiene" measures and prefer natural supplements to prescription sleeping pills for many reasons. I reported on some of these in a recent blog (http://healthremedies.Com/blog/the-dangers-of-sleeping-pills-what-are-the-alternatives/). Ingredients i look for: l-theanine, 5-htp, melatonin, valerian, passiflora, gaba, mg, no sheep. Although counting them helps.
