Complex cyst: These are often cysts with blood products within them. The lack of blood flow is reassuring that there is no evidence of cancer. If you have no symptoms ask your doctor for a followup ultrasound after 3 cycles.

Adenomyosis?: Why did you have TV ultrasound? - Pain / Heavy Bleeding? Be on results it can be due to Adenomyosis - a condition in which endometrial tissue grows into the muscle layer of your uterus. If that is what radiologist thinks, you may need an MRI to confirm it. Take Care!
