Refer To answer: You can not reverse the time, and expect to do the same as you were their mother. Every day we will get one day older. As a grand mom your maximum capacity to lift, I do not recommend to be more than 20 -25 lbs, because at this age you are prone to develop neck and back problems. Children are very approachable. Kneel, or sit and then give them hug and kisses
