Recently i have been having pain in most of my body... i have started playing tennis to make some exercise and loose weight, i have been going 4 times once a week. is it normal to have the exercise pain for so long? which is what i assume... thanks.

Exercise & Pain: Any time one starts a new exercise routine it is best to see a doctor to make sure all is well and that exercise is safe and appropriate.
