Liver Kidney there: Obviously your problem is likely just below the diaphragm on the right side. The diaphragm is a dome shaped muscle that separates the abdominal cavity from the chest cavity. When you take a deep breath, the dome flattens out, pressing on whatever is there that is making you hurt. You need an evaluation. Good luck.
