Sub clinical : If your TSH is a little high but your freet4 is in normal range you may have sub clinical hypothyroidism. We don't generally treat until a person develops overt hypothyroidism unless the person has another condition that would be improved by treating sub clinical hypothyroidism.

Need results: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped to have the results. If you have concern, you should consult an endocrinologist.
