No.: If you are a 20 year old male, it is very likely you are done growing. Get over it. You can wear heals to make yourself look taller, but you will still by 5'6". Find things about yourself that make you happy. Improve the things that are under your control, and stop sweating the things that are not. To do otherwise is a waste of time. By the way, i'm 5'3.5".
