The skin around my 13 year old sister's mouth is greenish yellowish. the whites of her eyes are blueish too. could this be serious, or is she okay?

Need more : Detailed history. Is this acute or chronic? Best thing to do is to consult with her pediatrician to see if she needs any tests done and come up with a diagnosis, then proceed further if need be.
