Could be: It is not entirely clear to me what you are asking. Anxiety can present itself in many different ways and is exacerbated by stressful events. The feeling "giddy" makes me wonder about a mood disorder. Hopefully you are seeing a psychiatrist and or therapist. Perhaps they can help you sort out the specifics of the way you feel.

Not clear . . . : Your question is complicated & contains several different issues. You begin by talking about anxiety, then switch to what sounds like a mood disorder symptom (giddiness could be hypomania), then you switch another topic- stress, which can create other conditions such as ptsd (and anxiety). All of these can be fatiguing. See a mental health specialist who can help you sort out these issues.
