Yes, don't worry.: But do pay attention to the things that make up your life style. Things that you can control and those you can't. Apply the Serenity Prayer. This might lower the # of stressful events. Mild anxiety can be a helpful warning sign to assess our lives. If it happens too often, counseling or CBT may help. Be well!
