Not a good idea: Hgh should not be used casually. It is used for children who are gh deficient, and a few other conditions. In adults with hypopituitarism, we typically replace cortisol, thyroid, maybe sex steroids, but not gh. Gh is high during childhood and young adulthood, but low in older adults. Too much can cause colon tumors, and all the features normally associated with acromegaly.

Nope: Only if they have documented growth hormone deficiency. Otherwise risks are too high. I don't think they're going to grow any at age 65, do you? Actually people don't grow after puberty anyway.
