A single x-ray of your wrist/hand can identify growth centers. If yours are closed, you will not grow taller with HGH. If they are open like a 13-14 year old you may grow taller naturally & reach 5'7", your expected height. Proof of growth hormone deficiency by testing may show benefit of HGH, if not deficient, it only helps one reach natural height sooner.
