Unlikely: Even if there was a small area of damage under the fracture a baby's brain would most likely heal in such a way that an adult would not suffer adverse effects.

Ping pong fracture: Ping pong fractures are not uncommon and most resolve on their own. It is rare that any brain damage is associated with these types of fractures.
