Do newborn skull fractures that healed without surgery and didnt cause any brain injury still cause neurological or developmental delays? baby is 4 months and meeting milestones suffered a depressed fracture and diastatic fracture that healed alone?

Neurological and developmental delays are more subtle effects that will not be immediately apparent, but the fact that everything has healed well, no other immediate effects were seen, and the baby is meeting milestones so far is extremely positive. Keep monitoring of course but there is no reason to be pessimistic. Newborns are incredibly resilient.
