Tendon surgery: Is often successful but therapy is equally or more important than surgery as a healing tendon lays down scar and one want the scar to form on the tendon but not to the surrounding tissues making adhesion and stiffness. Additional surgery can be needed for adhesions but it is important to keep passive motion, so often it is best not to abandon therapy, ask your surgeon for more info
