Not conclusive : It's hard to tell witht hcg. Will most likely need ultrasound.

Can't tell: Hcg levels of 800 or so is still relatively low. At this point it's too early to tell if it's a twin or singleton gestation. The best way to diagnose twins is by ultrasound.
