Listen to your body: Soy can inhibit the thyroid in some people. Try a different protein. Or eat soy with laxative deep leafy greens and see if this solves the problem. A balanced diet with fresh vegetables, fruits, unprocessed foods, good essential fatty acids, high quality proteins, and good starches are needed for optimal health and bowel function.
