Foods: I prefer food sources of calcium as the are better absorbed and assimilated where we want them - cottage cheese, yoghurt. Too much ca supplement without vit d and vit k and you end up with concern for entering vessel walls leading to plaquing - not good. Best oral supplement if you are dairy allergic is ca citrate as best absorbed.
