Rheumatologist.: Your labs look as though they are normal. Next best test is to find a good rheumatologist. Lupus is really a clinical diagnosis with supporting labs. The symptoms of lupus are many and they are fairly nonspecific. It is quite possible that you have something else. Rheumatology should be able to figure this out quickly. Sometimes you just have to wait and watch.

Lupus unlikely: A negative ANA is very uncommon in lupus. Other diagnostic test include dna (double stranded), ena, ssa and ssb antibodies.
