DVTs and Clexane : In general, yes. His platelets are adequate, and, as you know, cll patients are at risk of developing clots. Enoxoparin ( clexane ) is indicated for the treatment and prevention of blood clots in a variety of conditions, including cancer patients. His hematologist will be able to recommend the dose and schedule that is best.

Yes: Celexane is enoxaparin, a low molecular weight Heparin used for anticoagulation, and is totally appropriate for dvt, as well as adjunct treatment for arterial thrombosis (following a decision for revascularization).
