Look for this info..: You are correct to be confused- for example "nature-made" brand of vitamin e is synthetic but nothing on the label states this unless you know that "dl-alpha tocopherol" is the synthetic form. Natural vit. E should say that it's natural on the label & will be listed as d-alpha tocopherol- not "dl." ideally it should have mixed tocopherols too(gamma, delta, beta).Any health food store will have it.
