Need more evaluation: The tests to date are negative, which is reassuring. So your doc can tell you several diagnoses that you don't have. However, since your symptoms persist, additional tests may reveal the diagnosis. Ask your doc about a ct scan of your chest and abdomen, and or an egd. Hiatal hernia, diaphragm, ulcer are all possibilities.
