Do most joint mra's include steroid shots as well (since they are already injecting contrast in the joint)? i know a lot depends on dr order.

May be: While it is reasonable to inject steroid at the time of an arthrogram procedure, this is not commonly done. This practice varies at different hospitals/institutions.
