Probably coincidence: I doubt the mouthwash caused these bumps. Crest pro-health is a pretty mild mouthwash. Probably just a coincidence. However, only keep it in your mouth about 30 seconds. If the bumps don't go away in 7-10 days, have the dentist look at it.

Not the mouthwash: As with any over-the-counter medication, mouthwash should be used in the amount and by the instructions printed on the label. Unless you are allergic to one of the ingredients, however, it is doubtful that the mouthwash caused "bumps." may be a gum infection or an infected tooth. See your general dentist or a periodontist (gum specialist) asap.

Stop Using/Wait week: It sounds like you may have had an allergic reaction to something in the mouthwash. I would stop using and wait 7 days to see if gets better. If not better, i would see your dentist to rule-out another issue such as a tooth or gum abcess.

Allergy or sensitive: You may be allergic to sensitive to one or more of the ingredients .Some mouthwashes have numerous chemicals and artificial flavors that can cause this. Its best to discontinue using it. If the bumps dont go away go see your dentist for an evaluation.

Change mouthwash: you may have reaction to the mouthwash or the alcohol in If you still have a problem then switch to a mouthwash with no alcohol It's all trial and error. And that can go for toothpaste as well
